Today's netball training was a killer! The Juniors and Seniors had training seperately...Jogged 2 rounds around the track..so slack la! we run 6 rounds on normal school days..lol..had 2 coaches today..Mr Yang ( or is it young?) and Miss Cheong...the seniors had Mr Yang first..and we were all grumbling..lol.. He was gonna build up our stamina..which means, more running, panting, jumping etc.etc. lol...that mr yang guy is a rugby player fomr st andrews..o.o we did so much running and my toes hurt..aw..so i took out ma shoes when i was done with my run! came in the 2nd group.who was the other person ahh? Yi hui ahh? Jean and Nerine came in the 1st two! congrats..xD sigh..then yi ling..nvm..dun wanna say it..it's freaky..get well soon, hope your feeling better! (: haha..then i had to demonstrate the jumping over cones one..lol..weird! i was swinging my arms like mad woman..then BOOM! jumped over and landed like an elephant..haha..but i like the jumping one..dancing really does help! haha!
We had water breaks..when it ended, everyone refused to get up.including me..lol.. Then it was our turn to have Ms Cheong..yay! ball drills! i did passes with Jean..then arriel joined in..i liked the drill when we had to throw the ball up, then the 2nd time we throw, the person behind(defender) will "qiang qiu"( snatch the ball in the air) i was partnering jean at first, then ms cheong swapped Jean for Yi hui..ahh! she's a pro gk! sure die one!..haha..i like that drill..so funn XD we also did the defending and attacking drill..haha..Grace was my defender..and i had to fend nerine..(wade?) ahyo..i am NOT a defender..i can't defend..all i do is eat eat eat..like piggy! so..i couldn't intercept any of the balls..then we also played 1/3 court...i played WD..haha! i never play WD..i am not a defender! ahyo..but fortunately..no WA for the defending team...so phew! i was free..lol..but didnt really do anything la..stand there and stone..-.-.. Jean, arriel and i had to shoot in 20 at each pole..so random..but that was the last activity for training..yup..then after that, walked to concourse..saw my dad's car..wanted to walk over there..but he came over here..lol. yup okies, i changed my cell number.(: just finished tuition and she's coming here again tomorrow.. Too many tuition lessons make me more stupid.lol..
